Even though I was embarrassed to make the call and my case was serious, the entire team treated me with compassion and respect. Olivia Ball's kind voice on the phone and her excellent preparation of my defence kept me going. Thanks to my barrister Paul, the result was far better than I had anticipated. M.A.J Law saved my license and treated me like a human being, for which I will always be thankful!

Enquired for a free consultation regarding a drug driving offence, received a phone call from Conor who clarified everything for me and changed me opinion on the outcome after he advised me that this was one of the lowest blood concentrations that he’s ever seen a court case for and informing me that he doesn’t even believe it is in the public interest to prosecute, I am now feeling very hopeful for the court date. After looking around multiple Solicitors, I chose MAJ Law based on both reviews and initial consultation,

I spoke to Thomas Wilson (Motoring Law Specialist) in the first instance, and he took his time considering it was a free call and walked me through the process perfectly. Jack Cooper later represented me at my plea hearing. Jack was excellent, he would have been clearly aware I was anxious and he did everything to make me feel comfortable and dealt with anything and everything within his power on the day.

From then on in my defence I was in constant communication with Olivia Ball a Paralegal at MAJ. Olivia was very friendly but also to the point, detailing the reality and also the areas we could contest, as well as being open about the chances and putting the onus and decision on me. She updated me only when necessary.

We ended up getting the result we wanted. As I told Olivia, my review would have been the same regardless, as they did everything they could have done, and there is always going to be a bit of good fortune involved, unfortunately.

With the fixed fee, which not everybody offers, and the clear point of contact, I felt I could speak to Olivia whenever needed. I would highly recommend M.A.J. LAW to anybody reading this.
