We used Watson Woodhouse for the sale…

We used Watson Woodhouse for the sale of our home and purchase of our new bungalow. We would like to thank Katie Gibson, Jackie Howard and Livvie-Mae Pruden for all their help and support during this long process which was delayed by an issue with our vendor’s solicitors. The ladies acted with patience and kindness and were totally professional at all times. Thank you all so much.

Excellent service

The delivery was two weeks earlier than initially expected so that was a bonus. We had a msg telling us the date between 7-12 noon then we had an update early call informing us they would be here in an hour and they were. They were both friendly and polite and completed the job in no time. Thank you so much

Absolutely shocking customer service

Absolutely shocking customer service. We bought carpets for three bedrooms and asked for split fitting. I chased up the order after 4 weeks and 2 of the 3 carpets were in the warehouse. I asked for these to be fitted whilst waiting in the third that was the last I heard for another month to have them delivered only to find they had sent the wrong carpet. Customer services is a joke no one answers the phone and you are left hanging. On line contact never respond either. Had to literally go to store in person and treat like a silly nuisance. They take you money but the service is shocking, never again ! One star rating too good for them!
