I went on Sunday with my elderly brother for a waterproof Lightweight coat the lady I got was called Rebecca and she couldn’t have been more helpful. Nothing was to much trouble for her & she did explain that wasn’t her usual department help him try his coat on gave him all the colours & prices. She also got an extra sale because he bought a fleece as well
