My experience with Watson Woodhouse, Sarah Smith especially was outstanding. Sarah listened to me and give nothing but reassurance throughout my case. Visiting the Middlesbrough office for meetings at times, I was welcomed with a lovely reception. Having not being involved with a solicitor before I was scared but I will forever be grateful for this period of having the help and guidance of Sarah and the firm. She made it clear not only of the positives throughout the case but also what negative results that could occur so I wasn’t given false hope.

Great help when I contacted them regarding part of my parcel that wasn't delivered due to it out of stock. Money returned into bank no fuss. Thanks to Nicola the lady that received and replied asap to my email of concern.
