The experience has been great, thanks to David the manager. He has been very helpful to help us settle in and super quick to get the maintenance team fixing the little issue with the flat. The area is great and we are really enjoying the flat.
I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent service provided by David, who manages my property through Vonder.
From the beginning of my tenancy, I was impressed by the condition of the flat — it looked immaculate, exceptionally clean, and maintained to a very high standard, almost as if brand new. This reflects the quality and care that Vonder and David put into their property management.
Throughout my tenancy, David has consistently demonstrated professionalism, efficiency, and great attention to detail. He responds promptly to any queries or maintenance matters and ensures that everything is handled smoothly and effectively. His proactive communication and commitment to high standards have made the entire experience very positive and stress-free.
It is evident that David takes great pride in his work and genuinely cares about the tenants and the properties he manages. His reliability and professionalism reflect very positively on Vonder as an organisation.
I am extremely satisfied with the standard of service provided and would highly recommend Vonder.
I lived in Vander for about 2 years and was satisfied with all the arrangements for the complex. All arrangements, whether regarding the flat or the complex, were made through the good manager there, David, and the fun programs they took into consideration. I am always grateful to David for supporting me at all stages. Good luck, exemplary manager

Good experience so far. Bit rocky at the start as didn't understand the referencing process and how long it takes but once sorted everything was smooth from there on. Thanks to Sorcha for recommending this place to live in London 🙂

Excellent Community and Professional Team!
I've had consistently positive experiences with the staff at Vonder Wembley. The team fosters a genuine sense of community and professionalism. Sorcha, the Community Lead, and Tida, the Property Manager, are both exceptionally friendly, responsive, and skilled in their roles. Highly recommend.

Safety hazards never attend 1. Lights in corridor have been out for two months now. We have to walk in complete dark as this is reconstruction building.
2. parcels were stolen from communal area, still waiting for managment to reply to the POLICE regarding CCTV.
Could anyone from Vonder reply emails please?! or answer the phone?
The events that are being organised by Sorcha and the Vonder Team for the residents are brilliant! I have been able to offer Yoga, Meditation, Inner Child work, Painting workshops and create a sense of community and healing in the Vonder Buildings - bringing together residents, and finding new friendships! I am super grateful particularly for Sorcha the events coordinator who inspired me - she is brilliant - super organised and pro-active and she has motivated me to do offer these events and create this community feeling here. Yoga and meditation have become increasingly essential in today’s fast-paced world and its making a difference.

My experience renting through Vonder in Mainz, Germany, was the worst I have ever had. The building is in a disgraceful, unsafe, and uninhabitable state, and Vonder not only ignored repeated complaints but also unlawfully rejected my 14-day withdrawal right under EU consumer law. The conditions were so appalling that simply living in the building felt like a health and safety risk every single day.
Common Areas – Extremely Hazardous and Unlivable:
From the moment I arrived, the common areas of the building were in shocking condition. Halls, staircases, elevators, and terraces were covered with trash bags, discarded furniture, food leftovers, and leaking waste. The smell of rotting garbage spread throughout the building, attracting flies and insects, and creating the constant risk of rodent infestations. Walking through the corridors was unpleasant and, at times, almost impossible because of the filth.
In addition to trash, there were ongoing construction works inside the building itself. Apartments all around mine were being renovated at the same time, with materials, tools, and debris left scattered in the hallways. Dust and fine particles were always in the air, making breathing difficult and dangerous, especially for anyone with allergies or respiratory problems. Since moving in, I personally suffered from continuous breathing issues caused by this environment.
The situation was not only unhygienic but also life-threatening. Staircases and emergency exits were blocked by piles of rubbish, broken furniture, and construction debris, making evacuation in case of fire or earthquake practically impossible. For a residential property, this is completely unacceptable — tenants are literally trapped by the negligence.
Noise levels were also intolerable. Construction works took place inside neighboring units on a daily basis, and since there is no sound insulation in the building, the noise in my apartment was as loud as in the construction sites themselves. It was impossible to rest or work. Adding to this, some tenants left their doors open, played loud music, and even kept birds, which created further unbearable noise pollution.
Security was another major concern. The main entrance of the building, as well as the secondary entrance to Block A, were left open most of the time. Construction workers and outsiders had unrestricted access to the property. On top of this, the smell of narcotics was often present in the hallways, leaving me feeling unsafe in my own building.
Even the basic facilities were unusable. The elevator broke down frequently, forcing tenants to use filthy staircases piled with trash. The laundry center was in such a state of dirt and disrepair that it was impossible to use, despite being advertised as part of the rental arrangement. The mailboxes were broken and insecure, with mine left permanently open and filled with other people’s mail.
Taken together, the state of the common areas made the building completely unfit for habitation. Tenants were forced to live in conditions that are unsanitary, unsafe, and degrading.
Apartment Defects:
The apartment itself also had multiple problems. The bathroom light was not working when I moved in, and two of the lamps were unusable because of the lack of sockets on that wall. There were no shelves or even a toilet paper holder in the bathroom. The freezer in the kitchen could not be opened due to faulty design, and the kitchen lacked basic equipment such as cups. Furnishings were incomplete, with no bins other than a small bathroom one and no cleaning equipment at all.
Hygiene on arrival was unacceptable: dirty dish rack, food residue in drawers, a smelly refrigerator, an unclean microwave, and cutlery and dishes that had not been properly washed. The bed frame and walls had visible stains, and there was even a ball of hair on the shower hose.
Many of these issues were only fixed after I explicitly requested them.
Conclusion
The only positive aspect of my stay was communication with the local community manager, who was polite, responsive, and genuinely tried to help within her limits. Unfortunately, her efforts could not compensate for the sheer neglect of Vonder’s management.
Overall, this was an appalling and dangerous rental experience. Vonder knowingly rents out apartments in a building that is unsafe, filthy, and uninhabitable, while denying tenants their legal rights. This company shows a complete disregard for health, safety, and consumer protection. I strongly warn anyone against renting with Vonder.
The stay was amazing, The service was great. Very tidy and clean. Aggie was very friendly and helpful her kindness made the whole experience even better. I really enjoyed my stay at Vonder.

I rented a flat in Berlin for a planned three months but left after 1.5. Thankfully, they were flexible and allowed me to end the contract early, only charging for two months, and returned the deposit promptly within four weeks.
The room was clean, comfortable, and mostly as advertised, though it was noisier than expected and located on the first floor despite photos showing a higher floor.
The move-in process was inconvenient, requiring me to travel across the city to collect keys, and the welcome information lacked details such as mailbox names and a complete inventory (e.g., no knives or chopping boards despite “equipped kitchen” being listed).
A major issue was my flatmate, who ignored house rules, making the apartment feel unsafe and unclean. My complaints received very slow responses, and the rules were not enforced. It would also help if tenants were informed when new flatmates move in to make the experience more welcoming.
Overall, the company was fair, but poor communication and lack of enforcement around tenant behavior significantly impacted my stay.
Guy was on point and informative throughout the process, from beginning to signing. Really appreciate the speed and responsiveness.

This company took over New Horizons Court TW8 9GQ from 1st Aug. They only cared about if the rent is paying into the correct account and nothing else!
No one is replying emails with ongoing repair issues! We just had a cut off power, cut off water, and there is no one to help! Please stay away from the company if you are a tenant!
