From a process perspective everything went smoothly and they were extremely responsive. The apartment had almost everything working and while the room at first glance was okay, once you started moving furniture or carpet you could find quite a bit of dirt. All in all not a bad experience though.

While the apartment was fine (some minor damages/annoyances but overall clean and in good condition), you will have to send 20+ email and wait months before you will get your deposit back. Honestly, I would define it as a very frustrating customer service where they continuously forget about your problem and you will have to explain the situation over and over again before they will resove it. It honestly felt like a joke.
