Firstly I wish to let people know that the good reviews on here are NOT for the verifymyage service.
The good reviews are from unwitting people who think they are reviewing the product they actually purchased. It shows what kind of company this is when they make no attempt to remove fake 5 star reviews that are not about the verifymyage service.

Ok, on to my expeiriences. I am an elderly disabled woman who can no longer afford to smoke so I decided to buy some vapes off ebay (where I have been a member for over 20 years) to help me pack up the habbit. I had no idea I would have to go through the HELL that verifymyage put me through to the point of deeply effecting my mental health.
Verifymyage facial recognition failed to work. When you can't get this to work the option for "Age Estimation" is greyed out so you are unable to try again. This is the same for the credit card details. If this fails this option is greyed out so you are unable to try again. This left me with the ID option, which I can't use because I have no ID like drivers licence or passport. So I am unable to purchase a vape to help me pack up smoking despite the fact I am a 60 year old disabled woman. You must be 18 years old to sign with ebay. You must also give ebay your date of birth, this should be verification enough. As I have been on ebay for 20 years, if I was underage I would not have been born when I first signed up to ebay. This is just an excuse for data harvesting!
Utterly unacceptable.
What is more unacceptable is being made to give up your very personal & private information (simply to buy a vape) which will then be sold on to 3rd party companies, leading to goodness knows what.(I have read your small print!) I am sure this is called "Data Mining" & might be slightly on the illegal side!

When I first saw this, I thought it was some kind of scam. Hackers are now using fake scan codes to steal information and I was required to scan a code to continue. And verifymyage would not allow me to use Firefox. I am still not convinced this is legitimate. It took me over an hour to log into a site I've been a member of for over 20 years. This is absolutely absurd. If one has been visiting a site nearly every day for 20 years, age verification becomes ridiculous.

Terrible service, does not approve your age at all! it just throws up errors saying you can't verify your age when it asks you to enter your DOB plus your ID, utter rubbish! I would not use this myself if I was selling age restricted products!

Single thing that sets these folk apart - Service - both quality and speed.
They can deliver from Cardiff to NE Scotland in the time it takes the 'also-rans' to wake up! And if there is a rare issue, they are on it in a flash. This matters and deserves support. It has mine!
