It’s really convenient to order cards from Moonpig. The layout is easy to chose from (although there are so many it takes a while!), then customising it is as easy, adding pictures, choosing font, colour of print and also now adding stickers which is fun.
I will admit I do find the gifts are too expensive for me to buy as they can be bought much cheaper otherwise.
I’ve only ever had two
Instances of late delivery and also a missing delivery, but I’m not sure if that was Moonpig or a Royal Mail issue. Otherwise all great and who continue to buy from them.

Scott called to let me know he was on route. He arrived and was very professional, he was kind and friendly. Unfortunately for him it was a big job that took long time, but he had no issues with this as he said “it’s all part of the job”. He was very thorough, made sure everything was just perfect before he left. He was here for ages, but it didn’t bother him, smile on his face the whole time. If only all engineers could be like him! Wilder West always provide an excellent service. They have been very kind and generous to me during my illness and an issue I had with opening the old style bottles.

I have not been updated as to where the order is or when I should expect it. It is already late, but no correspondence from Pandora at all.

I ordered a personalised Boys rucksack. It was a little smaller than I expected however it is lovely and I am really happy with my purchase. His name is embroidered at the top of the bag and is good quality. It arrived promptly. It comes in a beautiful box that you can use for keepsakes, it reads ‘My 1st Years’ so I guess it would be appropriate to keep all you little ones 1st’s of everything, as it is rather large. Almost like two gifts really. I highly recommend! Happy customer
