face estimation doesn't work. so what's even the point of having id + face estimation ? face estimation doesn't work !!!!! without an optino for id only, it's eff all use cos of the broken facial recognition.

basically this app needs to close down, so it's users will use yoti, which actually works.

Worse than awful.

This being the umteenrh age verification widget used , and it is in a class of its own -simply the worse . It doesn’t work. Taken a photo on my phone, on my comp, in different light. Why can’t Yoti be the standard option

Diabolical why should I have to do an age check to protect other people’s children. Should be up to the parents to manage. Plus you have to do an age check for each website that requires it which is hugely painful. Huge concern about privacy. Becoming a police state!!

SOLVED: Download a free VPN (e.g. Proton VPN), install, logon, choose another country, go to whatever site you had problems with and voila, no verify your age popups! Silly UK rule that doesn't apply elsewhere.

Tried to register yesterday at about 19.05 it said confirmation code would arrive roughly a few minutes later. It did eventually arrive not after a few minutes but the next morning at 05.04. It took nearly 10 hours later which is appallingly poor. Tried again today and roughly 6 hours later I still have not received a pass code absolutly abysmal. Once again the verification email did mot arrive until after 4am the next morning.

Piece of sht junk! Trust us "you don't have to verify your age again", then they keep spamming you with verify my age links. Last time I checked I ain't Benjamin button and didn't get 20 years younger within a month. Fix that piece of crap website you operate

I have used this company for years. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my concentrates. Great to deal with. Have always sorted out any issues immediately. Also their concentrates are some of the best I've ever tried

Email recognition doesn't,work face recognition doesn't work,after 2 complaints messages they ignore your messages,it's just another way to steal your personal information within a loop hole to sell it on to fraudulent people

The email recognition and the face recognition doesn't work it's all a scam now they have locked me out of my streaming site which has nothing to do with verifymyage, taking legal advice on verifymyage.

This company is contracted by Ebay to verify age which then permits them to demand excessive and extra personal data to determine simply whether one is over 18. This extra data is required via a link they send to the purchaser, so Ebay would deny any legal responsibility for this company's disproportionate collection of personal data. A customer is left uncertain who has what rights to the personal data they have shared with this company in a context where Ebay has already taken the money for the purchase which would then have to be cancelled to show one disagrees with the excessive invasion of privacy. Yet the verify company says it can determine age via patterns of purchase, and surely one's mobile number and credit card and SIC saved to an Ebay account are sufficient to be identified to the seller as a purchaser over 18. Ebay's operatives in Albania are blind to what is being done, and their Irish operative's view is that "loads of companies do it, and you don't have to buy, this is just how it is nowadays". This situation has arisen and is now dangerously out of control in my opinion. Contractors have a responsibility for the reasonableness of what such companies demand in such circumstances. Customers' rights need greater protection, and Ebay should intervene here. Who is responsible when the data is hacked or even sold? In my view this is a murky area, and Ebay and this company are both playing the game of plausible deniability. Frank

WOULD NOT EVEN GIVE IT ONE STAR IF I COULD, A TERRIBLE COMPANY. THEY ONLY OFFER TWO WAYS OF PROVING YOUR IDENTITY, NEITHER OF WHICH WORKED, DESPITE FOLLOWING EVERY FIX THEY SUGGESTED. IN THE END THEY STOPPED REPLYING TO MY EMAILS ASKING FOR ASSISTANCE, THEY DIDN'T SEEM INTERESTED.

This is a really bad "age verification" website, which website DID NOT WORK ON ME

It gives you the incredible amount of ONE choice in a "list" of methods of verification, and in fact it's an ENSEMBLE of TWO mandatory methods.

Even Yoti is not THAT BAD, whereas it's *really* BAD.

But by coming here, I already saw SEVERAL FAKE REVIEWS :
— pretending the site "delivers quickly" : it does NOT do deliveries
— that it helped someone stop smoking
etc.

and TrustPilot is easier to use to put ANY random review than to report them, it's a JOKE.

What is there to say? You need outdoor equipment especially a knife there is no better place to go on this side of the Mississippi river.
