Stolen my money
I placed an order in June 2025. 3 months later (September 2025) and some of my items still haven't been delivered. I've contacted Veo World numerous times, first asking for them to send the items. After repeatedly ignoring me, I tracked down their supplier of these items who said they cancelled the order because Veo World hasn't been paying them and they've lost money too! I then asked Veo World to give me a refund, they said they would and they haven't. So now I'm without my items and without my money. It's a complete scam and I'll never use them again nor recommend them to anyone.
Terrible /no customer service, large sum of money taken out account in error, untraceable purchases
I've used this company 3 times before. Once when it was Wearth, and I had a great experience. Wearth was then bought by Veo and I used it again I think in 2023 or 2024. Those experiences were okay, but not great. My experience this time around, though, was terrible. I tried to pay for my purchases 4 times and kept getting error messages each time. During the fourth payment error message, I also received an email confirming my order. It turns out I was charged 3 separate times for one order. I tried contacting them 3 times over a period of 1.5 weeks but no one came back to me. I had to instead dispute the erroneous claims with my various banks, which was stressful. I also never received any communications about when my order would be shipped. It took 2 weeks for one of the products to eventually ship, I had no idea if it would even go out or if I was getting scammed. There's no reason in this day and age for communications to be this poor - I'd have even preferred talking to an AI robot than be completely ignored and no apologies offered after large sums of money were incorrectly taken out of my bank account by them. No concern from them if this had tipped me into an overdraft and fees, for example. Definitely one to avoid in the future.

Not sure yet whether I've been scammed or whether their customer service is just ridiculously slow but I'd avoid.
Never received the item
I ordered some shoes. I got a dispatch tracking link for UPS but nearly 2 weeks went by and UPS showed as still waiting to receive the parcel. I contacted Veo and asked to cancel they said I couldn’t as it goes through different carriers before UPS. I told them I would report them as lost and do a chargeback on my credit card. Suddenly they can cancel the order and refund. UPS link showed as cancelled too so I don’t think the shoes were ever dispatched
Wrong item shipped and no response
Update: A month later and still no word from Veo despite contacting them through email and the website. I wish there was a zero star rating....
Original: After having a lot of difficulty with Veo's website placing the order (it's really buggy) I then waited a week for the first item (because everything shipped separately with separate shipping charges). The first item arrived with no problem other than customs fees that hadn't been included at the time of purchase. The second item though, which was supposed to be an insulated mug, was instead an air fryer filter. It's been a long time since someone has sent me something completely wrong so this is quite a level of incompetence (given the pictures are on the order form). I emailed twice with no response and now have gone to the contact form hoping someone will help.

I received an incomplete order and notified them immediately. I waited a week before emailing them again and still no response. Ordered on 23.12.24. Will contact the bank to try to get a refund or may have to contact Trading Standards
I bought 'ecosnaps' to make my own…
I bought 'ecosnaps' to make my own sustainable Christmas crackers. The 'snaps' are useless, as they make no sound at all and are therefore not 'snaps' - they make less noise than the cracker itself.
Veo would not refund.

It took them 8 days to send my order, and unfortunately these delays were not communicated to me as a customer.

My first review i conducted in shock. This is a great company, upon speaking to them about the lack of transparency of what brands carry extra shipping charges and my ignorance of not looking at the tab making me aware some brands do change theyve assured me that they have taken my comments on board and are working on making the shipping fees more tramsparent. They have great customer service very friendly and helpful and make you feel heard. The products from this site match the descriptiom and are very good value for what youre getting
