I placed an expensive order two weeks ago, my first time purchasing from this site. I haven't heard anything about it being dispatched since then (though they've sent me a ton of marketing emails). I've emailed to ask where my order is, and separately asked for support using the website contact form. Not sure yet whether I've been scammed or whether their customer service is just ridiculously slow but I'd avoid.

I had a great experience at M&P Bristol. Sophie P was really impressively knowledgeable about the prams they sell - I had a ton of questions and she was able to answer /demo everything immediately. She was generally just really helpful, not at all pushy, and made me feel at ease working through the options.

I also found M&P’s setup a lot more customer-friendly than John Lewis, who I had a similar booking with earlier in the week. It was easy to book and then change an appointment with M&P (I had to book with JL five weeks ahead and at an inconvenient time). Unlike with JL, I was able to order the travel system in a way which reserved it to be delivered in a month’s time - so I don’t have to have it sitting around the house by ordering it sooner, or have it delivered later and risk it going out of stock.
