Terrible /no customer service, large sum of money taken out account in error, untraceable purchases

I've used this company 3 times before. Once when it was Wearth, and I had a great experience. Wearth was then bought by Veo and I used it again I think in 2023 or 2024. Those experiences were okay, but not great. My experience this time around, though, was terrible. I tried to pay for my purchases 4 times and kept getting error messages each time. During the fourth payment error message, I also received an email confirming my order. It turns out I was charged 3 separate times for one order. I tried contacting them 3 times over a period of 1.5 weeks but no one came back to me. I had to instead dispute the erroneous claims with my various banks, which was stressful. I also never received any communications about when my order would be shipped. It took 2 weeks for one of the products to eventually ship, I had no idea if it would even go out or if I was getting scammed. There's no reason in this day and age for communications to be this poor - I'd have even preferred talking to an AI robot than be completely ignored and no apologies offered after large sums of money were incorrectly taken out of my bank account by them. No concern from them if this had tipped me into an overdraft and fees, for example. Definitely one to avoid in the future.
