I like the bike, I got the fold one light. It's the right size for a person of my age and is easy to ride except it's difficult to get used to the cadence sensor but I'm learning. The other issue I had was that when I ordered it from the bike shop that it would be delivered to, we saw that it was supposed to include a free rear rack, and the rear rack was not included when it came to the bike shop to be assembled. I did call Velotric to let them know, and they sent me a form to fill out which I did (although there was no place on the form to put comments like this). I'm still hoping to get the free rear rack because it's not available on their website anymore and that is one of the reasons I chose this bike.
