I worked with Elisa Jordan and was quoted a very low price. So I jumped on it but I should have known “if it’s too good to be true it probably is”. 2 missed pick up dates and twice the price quoted. I did get my car but I would definitely not recommend this company/BROKER. I missed the opportunity to have my car shipped cheaper and faster if I didn’t fall for the lies.

I received my vehicle on time without any delays. Thanks Jason!

100% a fraudulent company! I'm now turning over recorded conversations to the authorities for threatening to continue to charge an additional $50 over the transport fee if a good review is not posted. They quoted one price the number unchanged over $700 to have our vehicle delivered. Nick Rose is the recorded representative and Henry is is supervisor. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

I worked with Frank Stevens. He was excellent before the deposit was made, displaying professionalism, great communication, and quick responses within seconds. However, after the registration deposit was received, all communication stopped. Frank refused to explain missed deadlines, and I was waiting at home from work for a truck that never arrived. I missed time from work waiting for a delivery that never came, with no explanation. When I finally reached him and scheduled another delivery day, it was even worse than the first. Overall, this was a disastrous experience, and it was very frustrating. I will never use this team again. No one answered the phone at his office, and Frank had no backup plan. This has been a complete tragedy from start to finish.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I spoke with Elisa Jordan and she worked hard for my business. I ignored the company who was affiliated with the BBB because I trusted Elisa Jordan who assured me everything would be ok. I was informed by Elisa that my car would be picked up today Sunday August 17, 2025 at 2pm without fail. THIS HAS NOT HAPPENED.

After several emails and calling from different numbers, she has finally responded and still does NOT have carrier info and stated they are still " working on my order". I reminded Elisa that she put in writing and email as of yesterday that my car was getting picked up by 2pm and she agreed. My car has been available for pick up since August 13 so there is NO excuse for this. I explained multiple times that we would be leaving on the 18th for out of town and that car needed to get to Texas by the 20th.

As of the writing of this review at 5:58pm. A man called me stated he was the carrier but was several hours away and unsure if he would get to me today asking me to leave my keys hidden somewhere.

You must be kidding me. Only a moron would do something like that.

As of 6pm still NO pickup and NO clue IF being picked up.

UPDATE : At 8:35pm I was contacted by Elisa Jordan with Carship who texted and said -" I found a new driver and they will be at your. house within the hour to pick up your car " I said great--

Only 5 minutes later, the carrier contacted me and due to the bad reviews I was smart enough to ask him what the cost was going to be- He said $950. I was like WHAT - I was told $455 and texted him the contract.

Luckily he was honest and said that they told him I was responsible for the entire amount upon delivery.

I contacted Elisa Jordan and she said- oh yes this is your new price if we pick up right now. WHAT? This is NOT what you said or my contract.

ALL LIES. Luckily the carrier said they also would NOT be using USACAR ship again either due to the lies.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY OR ANYONE AFFILIATED WITH THIS COMPANY. I WOULD GIVE NO STARS IF THERE WAS AN OPTION.

Outsourced workers who lie and try to fast talk you. Made a reservation with a deposit, then tried to up my price $2100 when it was time to pickup. Do not use them. They are scammers. They were initially contacted by a male family member whom they messaged back immediately. When I reached out via email they stopped replying. It was only after that same male family member contacted them again that I was able to get ahold of them to do business. Red flag number one. Whomever I was speaking with would try to disguise himself under different names and roles within the company. After he tried to force the pickup with the increased rate stating the contracted rate was merely a quote, he continued to call and message me and refusing to refund my deposit as they did not fulfill their contracted offer. He continues to message me stating he has a driver ready and available after I have repeatedly told them we do not have an agreement and if anyone shows up at my door saying they were sent by this company the authorities would be called and a civil complaint will be filed. Spare yourself the headache and harassment. I should have did my own research before agreeing to business with them as all the other REAL reviews claim to have that the exact same issue.

Fraudulent company. Signed a contract with them for $440. Paid deposit. 3 days later they changed the price to $1200 and refused to honor the contract. 50+ calls and texts. Huge mess, waste of time, loss of $.

I would give this company 0 stars if possible. I have been given the runaround for days with no resolution to my shipment. First the price changed, then I was told it would be picked up one day with nothing at all. Then was told it would be picked up the folloeing day and I can't get anyone on the line. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. Do not fall for their lies. You've been warned.

THIS IS A SCAM!
I advise against utilizing the services of this company. I contacted an agent over the phone regarding the vehicle shipment and was provided with a price quote and a designated pick-up date and time. After reviewing the terms and conditions, I placed a deposit to secure the allotted space on the transport truck. However, the following day, I received a call from the agent who requested 3X the originally agreed-upon price. Additionally, they refused to refund my deposit and could not fulfill the pick-up on the prearranged date and time.

Biggest scam ever they quoted me $845 and the day of the pick up they tried to say the driver gonna do it for $1,700 and the whole bunch of excuses trying to justify the price smh and they took $200 deposit and they won’t refund it now I’m taking them to court to get my refund…what a wasted of a ⭐️

Not a low enough score. First, they quoted me 715.00 then they did not pick the vehicle up. After 5 days they stated they could pick up the vehicle, but the cost would be $1700.00, and they are not refunding my deposit! A quote is a quote but over doubling it because they could not do their job and then hide behind a contract that they did not fulfill. It is a scam Buyer beware.

Please be aware of this company. They will give you low cost quote and then double your price at the shipping date if you have no choice. They were not able to pick up the car as promised for a week and forced you to pay more and more. Harris Jason is the person you do not want to work with. Stay away from this unless you want to get more trouble. Also failed to refund the deposit back as promised after could not pick up your car, we had to dispute with the bank. They will ignore answering you.

No stars, they are a complete scam, no ethics or character...avoid at all costs, I will use every avenue available to make sure no one uses them, Anna Martin is the name used, she is the worst, Henry the manager was too, took me for 200 dollars, tried to get an additional 250, fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me, pay the extra and find a reputable company to ship your car
