There after-sales-service is out of this world!
I had a small issue with 1 product absolutely not there fault), and I contacted them (a little late!), and they immediately replied my cry for help by offering me 2 options.
2 great options!
Decided for a new product (!) and it was sent right away.
Took a look at there website and ordered other items at ones.
For everyone who is interested in great products/quality/service, and also all benefits like I described above…

Great product, had unbelievable customer service experience (hassel free) when I had an issue with the product and if the troubleshooting didn't work, they will replace the product. I had a 2 year warranty on the product. It was a RARE experience! Thank you for all your support 🙏

Possibly the most responsive customer service experience I have ever had! I accidentally ordered extra products and was able to organise a refund within minutes, literally.

Update: Replacement arrived and didn’t work 🥺 got onto them again and they offered another replacement. Which I am currently awaiting - watch this space….

They gave a guarantee for 3 months that you would refund the entire money, and it is also available on their site right now that if we are not satisfied with the product, we can return it within 90 days and you have money back guarantee but they don’t follow the rules.
It is illegal that theysaid something during the contract and you do not implement it.

Best customer service I’ve had in a very long time long time. I screwed up and ordered a gps cat tracker twice. I was given two great options and decided to keep the second one with their offer of a 30% discount. Pretty sweet deal. I’ll be using them again. Their service was immediate through an email. I was sceptical at first, cause the external disc had no name on it (or on a package), the connecting cable was differemt from all of those I've had, and I thought I got scammed. But the customer service was not only nice, but what's more important: very helpful.
