Refund

The item I brought was not suitable for my needs so I requested a refund I found the support team first class they kept me informed and answered any questions I had within a day. Would definitely recommend them.

Our Parcel was delivered at the said time which was perfect. I wish I could say the same about the delivery driver. If he had parked on our drive by the back gate which my husband had unlocked he could have put it behind the gate, instead he parked in the road carried/dragged it to the front door rung on the doorbell and walked off didn’t even wait for a signature. As my husband is over 80yrs a little help would have been appreciated.
