Amazing customer service

I wrote to Osmo to request a new guard for my Epilator as it had broken. After a bit of tooing and froing giving the information they required. They have given me a completely free of charge replacement .

Update: Replacement arrived and didn’t work 🥺 got onto them again and they offered another replacement. Which I am currently awaiting - watch this space….

They make it so easy and genuinely seem to care about people getting the best deals. The spin the wheel after submitting a reading makes it fun although I’m not sure who wins but it’s never me….! A lot of thought has been given to this site, well done Octopus Energy.

Ok if you get the tablets delivered don’t try and collect them

Ok if you get the tablets delivered. However I made the mistake of trying to collect the tabs from the chemist at the bottom of my road thinking that would be easier and more environmentally friendly. That was when the problems started. However once the chemist explained that I started to get them delivered and all issues have been resolved
