Responsive and accountable customer service
Osmo customer service were responsive and resolved my question quicky. Online shopping can be hit and miss, not knowing which suppliers to trust. From this first experience with Osmo, their website was simple for ordering in this case, an anti barking collar.
I hope the product is good too but the first impressions are that Osmo stands behind their products and services.
