I have what 3 words AND a picture of my house and you still put parcels in my neighbours post box. What is the point of it all

We stayed at Villa Laura in Albufeira and wow what a lovely place and the customer service from Algarve vacations has been second to none, special mention to Olivia who is just on the ball! She has been absolutely fabulous from start to finish, would 100% book with these again

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

I feel annoyed even given them one star. I echo what the user below has written. Took a day off work to sit and wait all day for nothing to turn up. When you call them it’s just an answering machine, absolutely no way of contacting them, just stuck in limbo. There was no courtesy call to say running late or that they weren’t coming. It’s funny how everywhere you look there is no way of finding reviews for them! No Facebook page and twitter is old?! Just avoid this company if you can, especially if you’re a Facebook or eBay business, they could lose you business for sure. I ended up getting a refund from eBay for my item because I had literally had enough. They couldn’t even give me an updated delivery date when they’d missed it twice!
