I bought the Willow Round Dining Table Stained black for £279. THIS IS THE MOST UNSTABLE TABLE I HAVE EVER BOUGHT!!! Despite sending videos the issue has not been solved and i doubt it will be solved !! Your better of going to TK MAXX and buying a stable table half the price!!! Lesson leant!! Never again
Bought green chairs and they were wonky, one chair is already shaky and feels like its going to fall apart
Again videos and pictures sent and still nothing
I keep being told the manager needs more videos
Please do not buy from them!!!

Bought a black round table and the green chairs, noticed table is not stable, moves esp when cutting meat
2 chairs not stable as well very weak feet
Email customer service and even sent video
None came back to me very disappointed , looks good but not strong at all!!!
For the money i paid very disappointed
And yet nothing had been resolved, a reply from customer service does not mean you have resolved the issue does it?

Good customer service, had issues with delivery, customer service replied quick.
Finish look of the products are very lovely, just a few snags eg
Tips of the chair legs didn't really fit properly
Some screws were bent for the gloria cabinet but apart from that really love what i bought.

1. Parcel got lost and noone knows where or who has it, tracking information not truth is updated and noone to actually get help from
2. Lies after lies.. lied that they could not find my address, then it was they tried to deliver 3 times, then it was we will rebook for re-delivery, then we will contact depot and still nothing actually being done to find my parcel
3. No direct line to contact customer service for them to actually resolve the issue
Very disappointed with the service as the parcel was meant to go to someone not feeling well before xmas
