Broken tracking information

Was expecting a replacement part from IKEA in Sweden. Got stuck with DHL Express. The tracking information was barely updated! Ended up ringing to find out where it was and it arrived 3 days late

Always check the receipt

Always check the receipt! I've bought lots of items with the 30% off sticker attached to find they haven't been reduced! It seems to be a manual process that is missed most of the time!

Aviva Accidental Permanent Injury Policy

Been trying to sort out a claim for my father's Accidental Permanent Injury Policy for 5 months. They are waiting on details from a consultant, they send an email and ring him every other week...he doesn't reply so they wait some more.I got a copy of his medical records as got tired of their excuses and sent them..they said they were enough but then said they need to hear from the consultant..they really would be hard pressed to do less to ensure it takes longer
Update....it's a month later and still no further on!!

Poor customer service

Service was fine until I needed to contact them or when I left. They never answer the phone when I rang and took over a week to reply to emails. When I left it took 8 weeks from when I moved to get a final bill ( even though they told me up to 6 weeks). It then took nearly 2 weeks to get my final balance back.

Good morning Paul. I am really sorry to hear of the problems you have experienced.

If you switched from Bristol Energy to a different supplier, we needed to get meter readings from the other company before we could produce your final bill. I'm afraid that any delay to this process will delay how quickly we can close an account. When a refund is ready to be issued, it will normally take between five and ten working days to be sent and cleared. Also, although we ask for five working days to respond to your emails, we try our best to respond as quickly as possible. I apologise if our response was not within this time.

Can never get through to them

Can never get through to them! Managed to get locked out my account so had to ring for them to unlock it. Spent an afternoon on hold and left my number for a call back with no luck! Time to leave
