Been trying to sort out a claim for my father's Accidental Permanent Injury Policy for 5 months. They are waiting on details from a consultant, they send an email and ring him every other week...he doesn't reply so they wait some more.I got a copy of his medical records as got tired of their excuses and sent them..they said they were enough but then said they need to hear from the consultant..they really would be hard pressed to do less to ensure it takes longer
Update....it's a month later and still no further on!!

Service was fine until I needed to contact them or when I left. They never answer the phone when I rang and took over a week to reply to emails. When I left it took 8 weeks from when I moved to get a final bill ( even though they told me up to 6 weeks). It then took nearly 2 weeks to get my final balance back.

Can never get through to them! Managed to get locked out my account so had to ring for them to unlock it. Spent an afternoon on hold and left my number for a call back with no luck! Time to leave
