I had really good experiences buying a Look bicycle from this company. In this day and age it sometimes takes patience to get your emails answered, fast and correct, but the customer representative Alix managed with flying colours. Bravo!

I give the cyclist house 5 stars and would have given them six if it were possible. The communication before, during and after the purchase was outstanding. The bike arrived fast as lightning. It was superbly packed and came with a link to assembly instructions that were easy to follow. I’d like to personally thank Alix for all his help. He went out of his way to answer all my questions. All in all… I highly recommend The Cyclist House for anyone in the market for a used bicycle.

These guys are great. Not only do they know their bikes but also have the knowledge of logistics that many companies don't. Their communication was frequent and they were very responsive which for other companies may have seemed tiresome.

I'd been looking for the bike i purchased for almost a year, they are very difficult to find in the UK. The cyclists house helped me during every stage of the purchase and arrangements.

Their bike catalog is super well-curated, and the customer service gives you the feeling of buying a brand-new bike from your local bike shop. I was between two models, and they took the time to explain which would be better for me and my riding style. The bike arrived perfectly packed, pre-assembled, and almost ready to ride. Very great team at the cyclist house. UPS kind of messed up on the shipping but the guys at the cyclist house were very quick on response and helped me through the process of getting a replacement.
Bike is now in great condition and is lovely to ride.
