Son una porqueria

Son una porqueria. Punto. Su página es horrible, tener que ir a recogerlo no hace ningún sentido. Monopolizan el mercado y hacen lo que quieren. Personalmente evito ir a eventos que usen su plataforma prefiero quedarme en casa.

Great experience buying my first bike online!

Their bike catalog is super well-curated, and the customer service gives you the feeling of buying a brand-new bike from your local bike shop. I was between two models, and they took the time to explain which would be better for me and my riding style. The bike arrived perfectly packed, pre-assembled, and almost ready to ride. If you want a great bike without breaking the bank, look no more!

RIDICULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE

RIDICULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I contacted spaces to offer me a solution to the COVID situation. The account manager in my area (who btw was the only one trying to provide some solutions) offered me to cancel my subscription by may if I agreed to pay April, which I did. Then I get an email from Regus ¨help¨desk to offer me a month refund when I already was offered another option. I tried to talk to them by email to check what is the actual solution they offer but they won't reply to any of my emails now, except the poor kid still working as community manager in an area that theoretically is closed due to the quarantine saying that he is trying to get a hold on someone to give me an answer.

My only recommendation regarding them: do not to hire these services.
