This is the second time I have used Tent Spares. Service is excellent, however some effort is required to cut to length etc. This was not an issue for me as I am reasonably handy on the tools.

You had what we wanted and delivered it quickly. It will be 6 months before we test it, but it matches the broken pole so we don't expect any issues.

Quick delivery and all the parts we ordered (pole repair kit and pole elastic) we’re good quality and in well thought out kits.
