Brilliant service in Glasgow

We bought a wedding ring in Glasgow but we needed a special size.
The staff were really helpful and the ring arrived safely.
Fraser Hart were very professional and friendly.

You put the wrong lenses in my glasses

You put the wrong lenses in my glasses. You swapped round the +and- from my prescription.
Extremely incompetent in my view.
I felt sorry for the staff in the store as they were the ones who had to apologise.

I am amazed that a delivery company can…

I am amazed that a delivery company can lose parcels. So disappointed and don't want to have anything more to do with you.
Where is parcel no.T0005LA0000142699?
On Sun April 11 it was at the local depot. By 09.28 on Monday Apr 12 it had disappeared.
Furthermore, no-one has apologised. Do you care?

Poor finish on garden table.

I ordered a casual folding table . Delivery was excellent but the product was disappointing. There was a chunk of wood missing from the edge of one slat and there were several very rough edges and also massive slivers of wood protruding that needed sanding before the table could be used. Quality control was sadly lacking in the table.

Attitude needs improving.

The actual purchase of my camera was fine. However, the attitude of the salesman regarding me buying a bundle of accessories was poor.
I was given a camera bag for Christmas. It was bought from Jessop in Shrewsbury on Dec. 6. It was bought on another person's card but I had the receipt. I asked if I could upgrade my new bag to get the bundle of goodies to go with my new camera. Unfortunately I was told that this was not allowed as it was more than 30 days since the bag, [ my Christmas present] was bought. I was very disappointed at the lack of flexibility shown.
