clarification of the items advertised
Due to an error in ordering the incorect replacement tent poles I messaged Tent Spares, and they very quickly resolved my issue and the correct poles have been despatched and are currently enroute.
I have returned the incorrect poles for credit.
As a result i am very happy with the excellent service provided by Tent Spares

We're sorry to see that you've received a shorter pole run.
We have just checked your order and on the title it does state 183cm. The Nevada M has four different pole runs and they all state the measurements on the title and description.
You may have ordered the wrong one. If you want to send us a message we can see what's gone wrong and guide you to the right product which you need.
