Great online selector tool. Clearly explains all the choices available. And they hold great levels of stock for each option (vs the typical limited range from the big bike online retailers). They also responded very quickly to my technical query. I ended up buying 4 mtb tyres.

The service is very good - prompt replies to emails and calls when I set up an expert tariff. Compared with any other energy company I have interacted with in the past, Octopus are exceptional. If you value your own time, this is the right supplier. (They also offer great rates both on my usage and my export of energy).

Very prompt delivery and pretty easy to assemble. Nice and sturdy once built (not the sturdiest I have ever seen but near the top). I was a little surprised that the legs/arms came in two pieces that are bolted together to reduce postage costs - however, the several bolts attaching the legs to the barrow part mean it is quite stable. The galvanised barrow is made from slightly thinner steel than I was expecting and so was bent slightly when I put a large sandstone paving slab in it (easily repaired without damaging the galvanising). I hope the bolts are made from a metal that won't corrode in 2-3 years as it is going to live outdoors. So only a long-term test would be really fair.
