Had a tablet from this company for 1 year. The camera lense fell off within the first week and by the first month the charger broke. The following monthe the battery started to fade on life, shortly after issues with the devices charging port started being an issue. Now I have to twist and distort charging cables to make a connection to charge it. Not worth the money at all, worst tablet I've ever owned.

I wrote again on the 5 August but have yet to receive even an acknowledgement, let alone any assistance for a tablet that is still under warranty. Needless to say, I shan't be purchasing any more of their products.

Seems to work great at first but very slow boot even at the very beginning won't hold a Wi-Fi connection and eventually will not boot up at all even when you cold boot it they're pure junk.

Yes they are cheap, but what good is cheap if they are useless.Mine never updates, battery life is not as promised, and it crashes.

My latest Teclast T50Plus is my 4th tablet from teclast.
All good until now.
This tablet will NOT use any SD card inserted.
Offers to format, displays done., 
Try to open the sd card "this sd is corrupted, please format, so like a fool I do,
Exactly same result with 3 sd cards, 2 of which are brand new [bought to use with this tablet].
ALL 3 sd cards work without issue on "Samsung Mobile", Windows laptop, and teclast P30S
Guess that points to the T50Plus .
As  purchased via Amazon [uk], logged in and selected "Returns*Orders" to start the "support process". 
DUH! Amazon point to the manufacturer with an invalid link!!
So it's time to email CEO Amazon UK.
BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY
I placed an order in mid-August for a laptop, which arrived at my home in a few days. The box indicated the model I had purchased and paid for, but once I checked the product and verified the system information, I realized it was an inferior model. However, I had paid more for a superior one, so I contacted the seller, and they responded that it was a warehouse issue. They offered me two options: return the product for a full refund, or accept a €30 discount and keep the laptop I had received. I chose to get a full refund and sent the product back. Throughout our communication, they kept insisting that I close the dispute and not leave any negative comments about them. They even sent me a photo of the product as they received it at their facilities, assuring me that they would process the refund right away and asking me once again to close the dispute.
A few days passed, and the money was still not back in my account, so I contacted the seller again to ask about it. This time, they said the open dispute was an error and that they might be able to refund the money in November, three months after my purchase. Meanwhile, they had the product back in perfect condition, ready to be sold to another potential customer to scam. Be careful with this seller; they are unreliable, only want your money, and do not provide after-sales service. I do not recommend that anyone buy products from this company. If you decide to purchase from them, I wish you luck because you might need it.

I have owned my t65hd tablet for nearly a year and it has been fantastic. What sold me on this brand in particular was the fact that there is zero bloatware added to this brands tablets. The memory you pay for you get. Speakers are a bit weak but not terrible by any means screen is crisp and clear battery life is excellent to this day.

this is not a real company, its real crab, reported hardware failure and asked them to return item for fixing, poor support, people avoid this company, i will shoot video and post it on youtube for everyone to see.
Teclast should be investigated
I can barely describe how angry I am with Teclast. Two laptops now, both failed; one of them three months old and still under 'warranty'. Warranty? Hah what a joke, they ignore me day after day. But no way are they going to get away with this - I'm going to get them barred from being a supplier to Amazon, then take it up with Amazon themselves. Neither Telcast or Amazon are going to get away with this.

I see that no one is taking responsibility. Your salespeople and managers only want to collect money. All of you are a tragedy and I am the victim. I recommend all friends to keep away from your brand. No more Teclast I am very angry and I feel cheated. irritated and disappointed your product is rotten fake no warranty battery inflated and broken no one takes responsibility no more teclast.

Same story here like with the previous reviews: My tablet broke down (it just stopped charging). Teclast support replied to me suggesting a software upgrade (it was a standard reply). When they realized that it is a hardware problem, they just stopped replying to me.
Zero Customer Service response, warrantee is useless
my 3 month old teclast tablet, which i use for my cell phone also, broke.  i have tried for 3 weeks to contact them via their webvsite.  
1) there is an online chat bot, says "We typically reply within a few minutes."  i left a dozen messages here over 3 weeks, zero response.
2) i filled out their online email customer service/warrantee claim... no response
3) i called Amazon, notified them of my problem, read on EVERY product they sell from the Telecast score has one star reviews stating the exact same thing.

I purchased a Teclast tablet 6 months ago is still under guarantee and warranty. It was good until it started to slow down about a month ago. It started becoming unresponsive when I was trying to use it. I contacted Teclast who said that I should download a new firmware; they provided a link which did not work. I then contacted them a few more times asking for help and asking for a refund explaining that is under guaranteeing and warranty they have not responded they have ignored me in my opinion. In my opinion it is a complete waste of money. My experience was extremely stressful and I got nowhere. In my opinion very bad company
