Had a tablet from this company for 1 year. The camera lense fell off within the first week and by the first month the charger broke. The following monthe the battery started to fade on life, shortly after issues with the devices charging port started being an issue. Now I have to twist and distort charging cables to make a connection to charge it. Not worth the money at all, worst tablet I've ever owned.

Not so good at dealing with mental health issues 👍 I'm a member of staff and they couldn't care less about us unless there's something inline with destroying their false credibility. Had an issue at work and followed all the correct procedures only to be stoned walled, got in contact with HR about my issue and considering I suffer with mental health bombarder me with endless possibilities that would only make the issue worse(kinda the opposite to HR). Lots more to say just ask!.....

Quality. I've placed a few orders from them now. Fairly priced, Prompt deliveries which are well packaged, tracking updates are spot on too.

Order was placed, got half my order and was told I'd receive the other items at a later date. Some weeks passed, then I got an apology email stating that there was a ware house issue and that my goods were sent. A week later I got another email saying that they had just shipped my items. Then a week after that another email apologised again and confirmed the items had once more been shipped. I've not received my items and they won't give me my refund. Looks like the fraud squad will be getting a call soon.
I've been in contact with you several times and produced this information for you several times only to be met with the same series of contradictory automated emails in response.

It took for me to raise a case with PayPal to get in contact with this company to get a response. Impossible to get in contact with customer care to rectify mistakes. And when they say they're gonna get back in contact they don't! Scammer company.

They've finally been in contact and acknowledged my issue then said they would get in contact to let me know what was going on, but haven't.

Great company with good quality stock. I ordered the wrong strain of tree by accident and rang up to rectify the problem and it was instantly resolved with no issues. Great customer service 👍

Quality items, decent price, I live in England so delivery was slow but was happy with my delivery when it got here.

Called with regards to an issue with my fibre line entering my property, operator couldn't understand clear English so he hung up after I waited half an hour to get through. Nametsego dealt with the issue, he could also understand what I was saying, not like the circus clown I dealt with first time round.

Quick delivery, fairly priced product, I'm happy with my purchase overall. 👍

I've won a couple of tenners so far, but haven't yet won a mansion so can't really give Omaze the luxury of 5 stars just yet.

I live in England and placed a order when I was drunk one night because I thought a few t-shirts were funny asf. The delivery obviously took a while through the post and I was sceptical of the quality, but when they arrived I was more than pleased. The fit and quality of the shirts were well worth the wait.

I order my cigars here regularly and there's never a problem, it's my go to cigar shop now. Products always arrive in good condition and are good quality too. If there's a cigar that you've ordered and it's out of stock they make suitable substitutions to make up for it. Delivery is good too, never had a bad experience yet.

Have just started buying cigars online and have placed a few orders with Simply cigars. Every order I have placed has arrived on time and has been packed really well, fantastic service altogether.

But hold on.....
There is one other possibility your food could be delivered to a completely different address where some stranger can enjoy your food for free.

Not only do they take money for services they no longer provide to you, they also make it completely impossible to complain about their shïttey broadband service they provide by supplying autonomous circulatory answering machines that inevitably lead you no where. I thought I'd dealt with scummy telecoms services before until I dealt with this shady community of putting your customers in the dark but continue to take their money autonomous system. Absolute shambles

I bought some sheep skin slippers from this company and they are awesome. I'm not a slipper person usually but I can't stop wearing these ones anywhere I go. Nice product, good company that kept me informed on my order and delivery time. All round a good company to deal with.
