this is not a real company, its real crab, reported hardware failure and asked them to return item for fixing, poor support, people avoid this company, i will shoot video and post it on youtube for everyone to see.

network keeps drop out

network keeps drop out, speeds running at 48 kb on a 500Mbps Business account, an engineer come out and confirm its network fault, rude customer service and refuse to transfer me to his manager, i insist to talk to complaint department, his manager transfer me and after waiting to talk to complaint department they put the phone down!
Not happy!

Avoid, misleading, 0 trading standards, 0 customer services.

placed order on 10th Jan, order suppose to arrive Fri, 19 Jan 2018, never heard from them, contacted customer service to get answered by rude customer service all that she was saying, item not in stock, we don't know when it will be back, I think she was reading from a paper, received email saying item will be back in stock last week.
Today I received a phone call from Novatech saying good news item back in stock and demand extra £400 for my order or I can cancel, this is misleading and I tried to speak to complaint department which they don't have one.
I will pass the case to the company solicitor to deal with.

We are sorry to hear that you feel you have not had a positive experience with us, and that you feel our customer services team were rude to you. We would not intend on being rude to our customers, and apologise for making you feel this way.

We are in a very unique situation as all graphics cards are in constraint due to the rise in demand for Bitcoin/Crypto-currency mining systems. This has caused delays and price increases across all retailers and suppliers, as the manufactures are struggling to create the cards as quickly as orders are being placed. The automatic email confirmation for your order would have included our usual estimated time frames to source in products from our suppliers, which would unfortunately not reflect the constraint for these particular products.

We were given no prior indication that the prices would be changing in the ways that they have, and per our terms and conditions we are providing our customers with all information we have available regarding the availability and price of the product; giving our customers the opportunity to make an informed decision if they would like to continue with order at the new price, which can still continue to fluctuate or if they would prefer for us to cancel the order. We are constantly investigating all avenues to source in the required items at the best possible price for our customers.

With regards to our complaints procedure, all complaints are taken very seriously and will be investigated fully by the relevant departments. We would request all complaints are made to us in writing, either as a letter or as an email, and when this was discussed with yourself, you advised that you were not happy with put this in writing and would take this further yourself.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this, we endeavour to keep the prices the same where possible, unfortunately we have not been able to for the particular graphics card on your order.

Items ordered 3 weeks ago, got an email that it will not arrive on the day, Rang customer service said I can collect next Friday from the store, In the store, I been told this item out stock and won't be back till 7 April.
horrible customer service, terrible service.
Expect to get a refund!
AVOID THEM!

waste of money and time

sim only, it says 1st month free got charged £5 , really bad service and can't send sms unless you use their application which is usless, phone calls its a voip which they never mentioned it, calling a friend i was getting ringing and his phone never received the call. contact customer service but not heard back from them. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.
