Very quick and easy process! I submitted the application for a bond in the wee-hours of the night and woke up to an email with the approval and an extremely low rate. I was concerned reading online how they cost around 10% of its face value. With being a new business I was assuming the worst but was gracious that with my credit I was able to get an extremely low rate... I opted for the additional discount for multiple years so technically my rate was less than 1% per year... My data points was strong credit profile, brand new travel business (high risk), so it's worth a shot!
The process was fast and easy. I was able to procure my bond without problem. However, the Fedex tracking label was not provided with the confirmation email, so I needed to contact your customer service. The issue was resolved immediately.
The next, and probably biggest issue, was packing. The bond was wedged into the envelope in such a way, that upon opening the envelope to retrieve the contents, it partially ruined the document.
I will be contacting Surety today to resolve the issue. Other than the described, this was a pleasant transaction and will be sure to do business with them again.
Thank you so much. The bodies perfect and I will use your service again when needed
