Like the shop looks limited to videogames and the UI was made for 6yo kids to navigate, all the while asking 70€ for an unfinished base game 😂 no wonder the Japan counterpart doesn't want you, you guys are carrying the company around like a joke even when customers tell you what they want to your face

the website forces you to choose a sexual preference at the very beginning, this is an act of mental warfare.

the admins have been emailed countless times and do not give a single f, which pretty much sends the message that they could not care less, so their position is very clear and they support agendas.

even if you try to ignore the maliciously implanted content it's like a virus and it spreads and spreads and if nobody does anything then we have to blast the website reputation until someone steps up to the spotlight

Staff removes the feedback from the page, it's literally a dictatorship to avoid at all costs.

I personally am starting to grow hate for these parasitic devs, you are not offering a service anymore at this point.

I used to love instant gaming, until they decided to charge +23% on all purchases for no reason, saying it's the country laws.

You'd think after 3 whole days you'd get a reply to your ticket, since they usually respond within a few hours.

Nah, they will literally hurt you on purpose and reply with zero manners, I hope the job is volunteer and if so maybe find replacements asap as it is hurting your image as a service provider

You got managers on drugs, supervisors passing out on cocaine on the toilet, friend cult groups for promotions, fake it til you make it is taught during staff training.. then there's the apartments being a national threat to the environment and the fact that they faked an HR but never made it, threatening mothers with disciplinary action because they failed to do their jobs.

The company needs a legal investigation that's open to public at this point, they should not be operating and they are only barely managing because of all the people they chew & spit out constantly

Oh and the project manager should come up with original ideas instead of giving out fake promotion opportunities to listen to plans to copy paste to the superiors, real phallic move.

Harassed for months, they won't stop calling even after you tell them to stop, horrible nightmare company, the worst part is they have the legal right to offer only 10% of the services while you need to pay 100%.

I remember when instant gaming was cheaper than steam, not the other way around. Someone got greedy in the company and messed with the customer wallets, big no-no, I already have a daughter to raise.

I don't need to pay 3x the game's price in taxes because I live in Portugal either, there's competition out there that doesn't aggressively charge people and I will be using them instead, thanks for the early years where your service was good

probably really cool that you can insert whatever unfiltered content for the AI to learn until it becomes a problem and you need to pay people like me to fix your issues, just think from the start, if you don't have people defiling your learning database or if you point out which user did what that could make your future a lot easier

Illegal bootleg of Pokémon hiding behind a emulator, literally throwing all customers under the bus to save face, lying and scamming is their bread and butter.
The devs are straight up toxic and sassy because it's not their game, they are allowed to not care the extra mile xD just stay away from this burning pile of trash.

Bugs will never be fixed, instead the devs straight up play dumb because they have no skill to actually fix bugs, if they did they would have to touch the roms, which would force them to forteit the plot armor against gamefreak

Always cheaper and never had a single issue the whole time using Instant Gaming, will keep purchasing from them forever

I've always avoided endorsing because of the controversy, then along they messed with the mods and changed mods without permission from the owners, like they own IP just because they are an overglorified online warehouse.
The last straw was the pride flag BS going viral, that's literally fascism and sexism in reversed roles, the website should face legal actions if not pin it all on the mod responsible for a power trip.
