Not receiving what was promised
I placed a pre-order for a physical copy of Dragon Ball: Sparking! ZERO for PS5. Upon receipt, I discovered that the package did not include the advertised pre-order bonuses. After contacting the company via email to address this issue, they declined to provide a code, stating that they're not responsible for anything outside their own online store, even though they made the game!

I was charged multiple times for a single order due to "some technical difficulties."
It's been a month, and I still haven't received a refund, even after sending numeros emails to the customer service. They are literally stealing money.
The site is trash, customer service is trash, everything is trash.

DON'T BUY ANYTHING HERE. Recently was FORCED into a duplicate order due to their terrible storefront with misleading and hard committal options. They will take a preorder and even if you are within minutes or seconds of pressing the button, you will be locked in.
The store will say "Awaiting payment" with no charges on your account, leading you to think it is held up. The reality is this actually means "awaiting shipment" and the store will charge you after the fact, while making you believe you need to reorder due to payment complications.
NEVER USE THIS SCAM COMPANY, MAKE SURE THEY GO OUT OF BUSINESS. I lost HUNDREDS of dollars because of their deceptive practices.
Possibly the worst customer service ever
Possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced, I have had to send numerous emails to follow up as I never get a proper reply to my queries.
At this exact moment, I have been waiting 9 days since my last email asking for an order to be cancelled. This has been raised at least 5 times on different email chains and each time I get no help, just saying to wait for issues on their website to be resolved. This order was placed in February...

Don’t use the vending machines in store
The vending machine in the shop did not dispense the tokens and I was still charged for it. The company is not giving me a refund either.
Pre oder payment charged WITHOUT order
Spent one hour trying to pre order shadow of the erd tree, payment was charged but never got any confirmation for the order. 3 weeks later, I have paud 63 euros and have 3 more payments to come for NOTHING. Customers service is useless. Never thought an official website could be a SCAM.

Positively surprised
I pre-ordered the Collector's Edition of Tekken 8. I noticed it wasn't arriving on the day of the release, and most likely far from it (I'm writing this on the release day) despite being bought 7 months prior to the release, they said they had some problems with shipping they couldn't control. I sent a, let's say strong worded, ticket to the support complaining about the situation and they gave me a key to play the full game in the release day until I wait for the Collector's Edition to arrive. (Note that it's already on it's way, just delayed) I think this kind of situation could be easily avoided if they just sent the keys for game activation by email instead of inside the Collector's Edition (or whatever edition) box.
Overall not everything is bad and support was very kind and comprehensive despite my first outburst.

Utterly Useless Company and Customer Services
Bought a digivce from their UK shop. It's been a month and I haven't heard anything about it since placing the initial order, nor has it been delivered to me.
I've been trying to contact anyone at Bandai who can tell me where my damn order is. I sent an email to customer support at Bandai UK who told me that I need to contact Bandai Namco EU. The second response from Bandai Namco EU told me that I need to contact Bandai UK. I've since been using their online contact portal and have so far sent two messages but haven't had a response to either of them. I've got the feeling that the company are now ignoring me. It should not be this difficult to find out where an order is. I've also attempted to get a response from their Twitter pages but nothing.
Needless to say, I'm incredibly fed up and disappointed. I'm claiming my money back from PayPal.
Don't waste your time with this lot.
UPDATE 30/09: I filed the PayPal request and was contact by support a few days later. They've agreed to send me a replacement for the missing digivice. I'm now waiting for that one to arrive.
UPDATE 10/10: A replacement arrived a week after posting the last update and I closed the PayPal case. I awarded another star for them actually keeping to their word but I'm still going to avoid them in the future because accessing customer service should not be such a battle.
Do not buy from them!
Do not purchase from the Bandai Namco Store! I pre-ordered AC6 from their store. Two weeks past release it has yet to ship, they've had my money for a month. Their customer support has been "looking into it" for 3 weeks now, no info on what is happening or went wrong. I requested a cancel and refund, no response. I am now in touch with my bank to get my money back.

Unreasonable exchange for Product Issues
Purchased from them recently. I ordered 3 shirts and 1 had ripped on first wearing (bear in mind this was a gift and they didn't receive the item right away). As it was over 2 weeks from ordering they couldn't offer me a replacement or a refund for the shockingly weak fabric. All that was offered was a 10% off code with a 30day expiry. Customers shouldn't have to spend more money because of an issue with their product.
Bandai Namco revoke keys for no reason!
They revoked my steam key from Humble bundle november 2019 and their support Called me a liar. Terrible company fallen so low to revoke legit keys to force users to buy them again and again.
