Good quality, bad packaging
The products are nice and they have good qualities. However, the delivery or packaging is not that great. I have ordered two times from them, and my orders were almost 1 year apart from each other, and in both times they have forgotten to pack some crucial things of my order. First times they did not pack the connector of the chair which connects the seater part of the chair with its back (leaner part). And this time they forgot to pack screws for my order. The customer service sounds good an apologetic, however of course it would take few more days to receive the missing parts of your order.

Stay away from this brand
Stay away from this brand. I made an order in april for sofa which mentioned as 5 days maximum delivery time. Since then I did not hear anything from Sohome and when I asked about it they said my sofa will be delivered at the end of june. Then I did not hear anything again and I contacted with them and they said it will be delivered in 11 July. Today again without hearing anything from their side I did contact them and asked about my sofa and they said it will be delivered in august.. So If you want to spend your money on waiting and dealing with unprofessional company its better to work wtih Sohome

Hanging lamps
I ordered a suspended lamp for my dinning table and very pleased with it. Very easy to place the order, I had to use the 'translate' option to view everything in English but it worked okay.
The reason for one star less is concerning the delivery information. After I placed the order I received no tracking details regarding the expected delivery date and had to follow up with your customer service team who responded in a timely manner and I received the lamp the following day so all good.

Problem with Chairs
We bought table, chairs and a wall watch. Table and watch were supplied in a good condition but for the chairs we had problems. The inserts in the legs of the chairs were not glued sufficiently and during assembly they got off. We contacted with Sohome and they replied quickly and they said they will come back with a solution quickly. We are waiting.
