Good quality, bad packaging
The products are nice and they have good qualities. However, the delivery or packaging is not that great. I have ordered two times from them, and my orders were almost 1 year apart from each other, and in both times they have forgotten to pack some crucial things of my order. First times they did not pack the connector of the chair which connects the seater part of the chair with its back (leaner part). And this time they forgot to pack screws for my order. The customer service sounds good an apologetic, however of course it would take few more days to receive the missing parts of your order.
