We walked into the Parkgate Rotherham showroom where we were greeted, but not hassled or pounced upon & left to peruse the great selection. After a short time we saw a suit which unusually we both agreed on. We asked one of the staff (Tony) for his advice and for information, Tony was polite, personable and very informative without the hard sales push. We left to do some measuring and thinking. Returned today and met Tony to complete the agreement and order. It was more of a pleasant chat with a friend than a business transaction. All in all a great experience. Thank you Tony.

10/10 experience for us. We bought the Islington sofa which is very well made & luxurious. We were served by Tara in the branch at Parkgate who was lovely and very helpful. We were kept informed every step of the way and the delivery team were fantastic.
