Bought a lovely sofa today. Attentive but not pushy staff :-) Helpful staff Great sofa :-) However, to improve the consumer experience having things like the loaf showrooms with kids games, free drinks and stations to keep the whole family occupied whilst shopping might be useful for the brand in general.

Order wasn’t right so had to return but annoyingly I had to pay £6.99 to send an item back. So I was out of pocket for nothing. Not great from a major department store

As a long-standing customer, when my lenses didn’t arrive due to a courier issue the customer service team were amazing and got back to me right away even over the Christmas period. They sorted the issue straight away. I can’t rate them highly enough!
