I Strongly advise not to use this company!!!

I wish there was an option to choice zero stars!! Con artists at their best to take your money!!

On arrival, only a few hours befpre our flight i was told my vehichle was 0.4m over the size, in which would apparently take up two spaces. They told me i was lucky they only charged me 50% of the price and not 100% extra. Despite i was the size within the terms and conditions, i had to pay £40 extra in cash, or i could not have my vehichle back. We paid in cash, and was told we would recieve the receipt in email, they are now saying they have no records of such payment, so we are struggling to get the money back.
Regards of that situation, the customer service was appauling, even by the manager too!
He was rude, and insulting, wouldnt allow me to speak, kept talking over me. He was rude about my vehichle aswell, stating its age and how "old and crappy" it was. And stating that its not insulting if its the truth. Personally a terrible people that run it,that clearly wanted a little extra cash in their hands
ive had better experiences actually parking at the airport for just a tiny fraction more of the price.
When the vehichle was returned, it was covered in bird poo, and leaves. And the windscreen was filthy, so im not sure where they park the vehicles.
We are in the process to try and get our money back. But the help line only goes through to them!!
I would strongly advise against using them if you want peace of mind and no cons!!!
