cracked windscreen!

retuned back from my holiday soon as i picked my car up noticed that the windscreen was cracked all the way across! this could have only been caused by staff using my car while i was away or damaged while parked as it was perfectly fine before! they did not show any responsibility or and interest just gave me a number to there main office to call and they will sort it out.
only to be told that they are not responsible for any damage to the cars while parked in their car park and that no cover on cars while parked.
please avoid this company at all costs it isn't worth the aggro and headache!

Waited home all day for mobile fitting…

Waited home all day for mobile fitting and no body turned up, no phone call or email to let me know,

Can’t get in touch with customer service to sort a refund or to book another day have emailed few times but still nothing,

Best of sticking to dropping the car off to a local tyre garage.
