Booked here for my holiday they told me to call before to make sure they had a driver, I called many times no response. I arrived it was in a very dark place not lit or signed well. It was closed when I arrived, I called again multiple times no response. I emailed after explaining I had to get a new parking space for the airport last minute since they had not communicated with me about my booking and I didn’t know what to do since the place was closed, they refused to refund me back.
