Cheap ass pick up point cost me half an hour to get my order, XXL shirt and trousers were way (and I mean WAY) too short. So back half an hour again to the cheap ass pick up point for the return. Had to pay for postage.
Bye bye Skagen.

Customer support is bad and images don’t match the reality!!! I ordered a pair of baggy linen pants and just as I bought them, the system changed the size of the pants to a smaller one. I tried contacting customer support and the whole company on a variety of ways but they didn’t message back so that I could change the size of my order. So, I had to buy the same pants from them in the correct size (I originally chose). Bear in mind I had to pay for two separate orders’ shipping. When I finally got the pants, I was shocked at how short they were. I’m the exact same height and weight as the model in the pictures so I was expecting the same type of fit. I was clearly wrong. Now I’ll have to return both of them and suffer the hasle and shipping costs! All in all, customer support is inadequate and weak, and the clothes do not fit as they seem. I would not recommend!

I ordered pants and didn't receive the package. The pants were returned to them. They received the package on March 4th. I still haven't received a refund and customer service doesn't respond to emails or messages on Instagram. I feel cheated and this should be reported somewhere. I will definitely advise against shopping with them

I bought a product I thought was in linen because they market the product as linen clothes, it has very little to do with linen but is filled with polyester, 40 % polyester and 15% linen. I do not understand this and I believe it is not the right way to market a product. Why should I read the description further when the headline clearly states linen pants. They were however fast to return and the process was very easy. Support is good and positive understanding on the situation.

I paid 56£ for some jeans and I bought them using guest account, I played the full amount and on my bank it still says transaction pending. I can’t even get a refund because the company won’t respond to me. I’ve contacted my bank and they said to wait 5 working days just to see what they do. A week later I’m still waiting for a reply. Disappointing

I’ve purchased from Skagen a hand full of times and have had to return a few items because their sizing is hit or miss.

I returned a pair of jeans last month and although you had to pay for your own returns from the UK to Denmark it was no issue.

This time however I send first class tracked. Parcel arrived and was signed for on 17th October. It’s now the 30th. I’ve tried emailing and since telling me it’ll take 7-10 days to process. They’ve not replied to me since.

Having waited for my 'linen' (it's a cotton blend) baggy trouser to arrive for over 10 days I was extremely underwhelmed by the quality and the tailoring. Neither baggy nor particularly long in the leg and the colour was much lighter than the website suggested (mocha).
Thin enough that you could see through the fabric on a dull day - you would be better off buying from a local supermarket if you want quality like this locally.

I bought a pair of linnen trousers last summer. They were super comfortable and looking nice. However, under less than a year, while not having used them during winter and fall months, and while taking good care of them (handwashing etc.), holes in the fabric have developed several places, due to (little) wear.
I feel like the price does not reflect the quality in this regard. When I issued a complaint on this, it was rejected to get a refund or new pair of trousers, but was instead offered 25% on a new pair. I feel like quality and service could be better in this regard.
