I enjoy using Vinted to buy and sell clothes, but I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received. I have been unable to log into my account for two weeks and have been in constant correspondence with different employees during this time, without any resolution or clarity. Each time I respond, a new person handles my case, making it feel like no one is seriously addressing my issue or reviewing the information I’ve already provided.
I bought a pair of linnen trousers last summer. They were super comfortable and looking nice. However, under less than a year, while not having used them during winter and fall months, and while taking good care of them (handwashing etc.), holes in the fabric have developed several places, due to (little) wear. I feel like the price does not reflect the quality in this regard. When I issued a complaint on this, it was rejected to get a refund or new pair of trousers, but was instead offered 25% on a new pair. I feel like quality and service could be better in this regard.

Hello Maria,
Thank you for reaching out and sharing your experience with us. I'm truly sorry to hear that your linen trousers developed holes despite your careful handling and limited use.
After thoroughly reviewing your complaint and the provided details again, we regret to inform you that we couldn't approve the claim. Based on our assessment, the wear and tear on the trousers appears to be consistent with normal usage rather than a manufacturing defect.
We understand how disappointing this must be, especially considering the enjoyment you initially had with the trousers. As a gesture of goodwill, we offered a 25% discount on a new pair, hoping to provide some resolution.
We genuinely appreciate your feedback regarding the quality and service, as it helps us improve. If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us.
I booked my trip through kiwi, but then had to pay an extra 55 GBP to check in at the airport, with the flight company Ryan air. They told me never to book through Kiwi, as this apparently happens often, where they sell the tickets too cheap, and then people have to pay an extra fee at check in. And I was not able to check in online beforehand. When entering my booking number to verify, it said that there was no booking. I called kiwi 4 times to get assistance, and on the fourth call, the assistant told me to check in at the counter, where I then had to pay the extra 55 GBP amount. When reaching out to KIWI for the refund, they are saying that they will not cover the extra mandatory cost.
