Return arrived 2 weeks ago, still no refund

I’ve purchased from Skagen a hand full of times and have had to return a few items because their sizing is hit or miss.

I returned a pair of jeans last month and although you had to pay for your own returns from the UK to Denmark it was no issue.

This time however I send first class tracked. Parcel arrived and was signed for on 17th October. It’s now the 30th. I’ve tried emailing and since telling me it’ll take 7-10 days to process. They’ve not replied to me since.
