Appears SHOP HQ and Synchrony Bank are…

Appears SHOP HQ and Synchrony Bank are double charging on remaining flex pays. Paid off my Synchrony Bank SHOP Card with all Value pays completed but SHOP HQ said they have not been paid. Something is not right, and SHOP HQ and Synchrony Bank should be investigated. Anyone else having this problem ??

Told by rep I could return item I…

Told by rep I could return item I received in oct by 1/2025,i had to pay for postage myself.Got and email saying i was given wrong info and they rejected my return,and it is on its way back to me..I paid to ship,and they paid 2 ship back,not to smart..The people that answer their phones read from a script(they acknowledge as muc)Not happy they couls have gave a credit at least.

It depends on who answers the phone

It depends on who answers the phone, sometimes it is good, but for most of the time I have had a bed experience. The returns take forever and you have to follow up because the communication is not there, no email letting you know that they have received the items. Most of their costumer service is very bad. For this reason I will not shop with them anymore.

Stock the Shelves

I used to have several value pays running simultaneously as it was my go-to for anything. Now I only have one. They have listed all of the categories but no merchandise. Such a let down after all these years. I hope they do something about this.

WHERE IS YOUR LOYALTY

I have not received my refund check June 2023 and following rebates that I had mailed in. Such a scam SHOPHQ never gave an explanation to their customers. What about those checks. SHOPHQ is not ashamed because they are still selling and enjoying themselves at the expense of their loyal customers. Dose SHOHQ know what LOYALTY means. I guess not.

Like many others I have not received…

Like many others I have not received any rebates for months. I kept sending in my purchase receipts and got nothing. Emailed ShopHq VIP and got a technical problem explanation and the run around that many other faithful members got. No reasonable explanation, waste of time and money. I hope some reimbursement comes out of this for all members.

Disappointment

It saddens me when I read that the SHOPHQ VIP shut down with no notification, Why? That B.S. excuse that you kept giving, "having techincal difficulties", was unbeliveable. I submitted over 40 invoices worth hundreds of dollars, since May 2023, and now I know that I won't be seeing any of that. Did you hide the truth so people would keep ordering? Maybe you should've just paid for orders placed through SHOPHQ. I only selected 1 star so I could write a review. You owe us!!! NO EXCUSE. Look up the word "integrity". : (

I lost hundreds of dollars on the VIP…

I lost hundreds of dollars on the VIP program after they stopped paying out for shipping and rebates since mid May. I real time contacted BBB, ShopHQ etc. and all my written responses stated the program was simply behind. Since bankruptcy and the new owner, they simply shut down the program with no communication to active VIP members. The funny part is most of the hosts were still actively promoting the program on air up until the point it was ad hoc shut down. I will NEVER shop again with this network. Everybody PLEASE go to BBB.org and FILE a complaint today.

Shame on YOU ShopHQ

Like many other customers I am owed shipping and shopping rebates I have not received since June 2023. The lack of customer service/accountability is unacceptable. I have been told that checks will start arriving in September 2023 but until I get what is owed to me I don’t trust this company. I think we should all file a BBB complaints. No wonder IMedia had to file Chapter 11 bankruptcy.

I too have lost alot of reimbursements…

I too have lost alot of reimbursements . They have not honored the program since June. This is terrible and now you cant reach anyone to give you an answer if they will be honoring the program in the near future. This is very unprofessional!

Not processing refunds

They have not been active since ShopHQ filed for bankruptcy and have not honored the program promises. I lost lots of money in orders that were not reimbursed for shipping, etc.

Scam, fraud

I joined the ShopHQ VIP program because I purchased multiple items for ShopHQ and had shipping charges of $180 which I was told would be returned to me but I have not received any refunds since May 2023. When I call ShopHQ they say it's not them and to call ShopHQ VIP. When I call ShopHQ VIP they tell me to call ShopHQ... they say they are experiencing technical difficulties but it has been over 3 months. No explanations. no refunds, no answers. Shame on you ShopHQ. Shame on you!

I have not received a refund since June. We are still paying for membership into the program. This is really a scam. They should give members an explanation. If they payout I am sure they will not give what's owed. SHOP HQ should be ashamed of themselves. I just cannot understand it. No explanation from them. They are still selling. I am keeping my buying from them now at a minimum.

No Refund Since April 2023

I haven't received a refund since April 2023. VIP owes me over 300 plus in refunds. I sent two help request emails and they replied with saying the following:

"We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are currently experiencing delays. We hope to have this resolved as soon as possible.

Once again, we apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience." That 2nd inquiry was on July 14. No payment yet.

Never even heard of shophq until money was taken out of my bank account for vop membership I don't know who shophq is and I never signed up to become a vip member, I think this company is a scam I am going to do everything I can to get my money back..scammers

This company Clarus really ****s

This company Clarus really ****s. June 15th ShopHQvip subscription plan that refunds all shipping and 5% of purchases. ShopHQvip sent me confirmation that I had qualifying claims totalling about $250 and they would be paid out on the next cycle on June 15, 2023. I have not received. I have contacted ShopHQvip customer service at least 10 times and they keep telling me that there is a system issue that makes processing claims and payments impossible at this time. They say they're working on the issue and have no idea when it will be fixed. This answer is not really an answer. I've asked for details as to what is causing the delay in sending me the $250 they owe me. Is it mechanical, financial, workforce issues? Are they guilty of fraud? They keep advertising the service but have not issued refunds in over a month. I need a detailed reason why they're not paying me. They already confirmed I qualified for the money. They need to pay me now and stop being fraudulent.
