I have not received a refund since June. We are still paying for membership into the program. This is really a scam. They should give members an explanation. If they payout I am sure they will not give what's owed. SHOP HQ should be ashamed of themselves. I just cannot understand it. No explanation from them. They are still selling. I am keeping my buying from them now at a minimum.

I do understand why the claims for June were not paid out. If they are going experiencing technical difficulties. Why not say what it is and when the claims will be paid. At least the customers deserve this courtesy. I really had no problems with the problem I received a check every month. I think Shop is having financial troubles. All the vendors are no more-Stefano, Michael, Sherri Marcus and Mackenzie Childs. We can all fall on hard times quiet be honest about it.
