I ordered item number AU2421on 6/12/2025. The item they hold till 6/21/2025 and finally shipped. They said they would ship by 3days mail. I received it 8 days later. The item I paid for was $127.99, today on 7/2/2025 the price went down to $84.99. Vicky from customer service, she claimed that she is a manager, refused to give me price adjustments; even thought it said on their website 14day after shipping. The item was shipped on 6/21/3025, price dropped on the item was on 7/2/2025. Lesson for customers, stop trusting jtv and their policies because they do not follow them. Compare the prices from all shopping networks. I found that over website have much cheaper prices without coupons. I found *luvansh* I was recommended this website for lab grown diamonds. Can not thank the people who recommended me. See their prices. Quality, packaging and fast shipping.

I used to love to shop there, but a lot of things changed by shoplc and I stoped. Recently, I decided to give them a change. I did purchase and the item was lost. Shoplc already did the claim with fedex, but me after 2 months, still can not get the credit for the item that I never hold. I Just want an update on my above review. The customer service who left the message and the phone number that their company is good is a bs. I did called the company on the phone number that was provided 3 times after my review was posted. As of right now, i did not receive my money back from the item and they actually keep taking money from my cc. Consumer advocates have to step in and close this scamming company!! Today 11/20/2024-not only I did not receive my money back on my cc, they taking spit payment from my cc without my approval!!

Think before you buy anything from shophq. Today I was watching show with Mellisa Miner @ big lier with Sonia. I live Sonia’s jewelry and I am not willing to pay so much money for her products as specially when I can save at list 1/2 and no coupon needed. I do not know who the network claims that they have Black Friday prices, may be rip-off Friday prices. Anyway. I am attaching the price of the bracelet of what shophq sell for, qvc and Costco and you will be a judge to it.
