They have not been active since ShopHQ filed for bankruptcy and have not honored the program promises. I lost lots of money in orders that were not reimbursed for shipping, etc.

I do appreciate this program. One of the negative aspects about shopping with ShopHQ was the high shipping and return costs, which many other online shopping sites do not have. This program helps to ameliorate that as long as you are a frequent shopper and if your savings offsets the monthly subscription fee. What would greatly improve this program is to automatically give the shopping, shipping, and return rebates without having to email receipts to ShopHQ VIP, which is a cumbersome process. Other rebate programs do that pretty seamlessly. I did gratefully notice that ShopHQ very recently began doing that automatically with ShopHQ purchases. It was annoying to have to email receipts for ShopHQ purchases to their own rebate program, but it appears they have recently put those rebates through without the additional step of emailing the receipts. If they could also do that with the other vendors partnered to this program, that would be a great encouragement to go through the ShopHQ portal for other vendors.
