After a few months of using both the Shield wallet and the key holder, I have to say I’m not overly impressed. When I first got them, I was genuinely looking forward to something that looked sleek, minimal, and supposedly “premium.” Unfortunately, that excitement faded fast once I started using them day to day.
The biggest issue for me is durability. Both the wallet and the key holder pick up scratches far too easily — and I’m not talking about being rough or careless. Just normal use, sitting in my pocket, and they already look worn out. For the price these go for, I expected them to handle daily wear much better.
Out of curiosity, I decided to compare them to a cheap set I bought online — a simple card holder and key holder from AliExpress that cost me around £12 total for both. Honestly? I can’t tell the difference. They feel the same, look the same, and even the finish and materials seem identical. If anything, the cheaper ones have held up just as well, maybe even a little better.
That’s when it really hit me: you’re basically paying a premium price for branding and packaging. Once they’re out of the box, there’s nothing that justifies the cost difference. The Shield stuff might look nice when new, but the moment you start using it, it becomes clear it’s nothing special.
If you’re thinking about buying these, I’d honestly say just save your money and grab something off AliExpress or Amazon instead. You’ll get the same thing for a fraction of the price — without the disappointment.
Looks premium, feels average, and scratches like crazy. Definitely not worth what they’re charging.
It would have been a 5 star, but they did not have the black magsafe with the strap, and they did not inform me about that. At the end they "changed" (i'll get back to that in a bit) my order and sent it to me. And they even threw in a free coin tray. The "change" was actually interesting, because I got the black magsafe with the strap, as I ordered. Make sure to ask them what do they have before ordering. Thank you shield. It is a great product
Ordered the wallet on 17th August. I had no updates for 4 weeks, so contacted them where they said they would dispatch it immediately.
The wallet wasn’t dispatched immediately. It was dispatched on 30th September, but the tracking information still says it’s not available after a further 2 weeks.
DO NOT order from them, it’s a total waste of time and now they’re not replying to me so I can’t get a refund. I wish I’d have seen the reviews before I purchased anything from them.
I ordered item on 6th Oct, On 7th Oct i was emailed saying it was being sent to shipping. Received an email from Evri on 8th October stating they're expecting my package. Tracking is still yet to update for product.
I had to wait two months without any updates, until I finally contacted them myself. Luckily, they replied fairly quickly and explained that the item was out of stock. This makes me think that if I hadn’t reached out, they might have just kept the money.
I asked if they could offer a discount or maybe a small gift for the long wait, but they chose to issue a full refund instead—better than nothing. Now I just have to see if the refund actually arrives.
Also, they don’t update the website or mark items as out of stock, which doesn’t seem right to me.
I’m not sure how reliable Shield really is, but their customer service was quite good. As for the product, it will remain a mystery.

Ordered a wallet beginning of July. I still haven't received it. Apparently out of stock (why do you have it on your website?). After nearly two months of waiting I asked for a replacement, because I was tired of waiting. However they had to check the warehouse if that one was in stock, too. Haven't heard anything from them, despite asking for another update. I am not expecting the wallet anymore, might as well have flushed that money down the toilet, I wouldn't have waisted my time than. They will take your money, but they won't deliver. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! There are other companies out there that sell these kind of wallets .

I purchased a product on August 8th. The product was (allegedly) shipped the next day, but the tracking information was never updated after that. I got a message from a sales agent providing a different tracking number. The product was supposed to arrive on August 31st, but I have received nothing so far. The tracking information is now blank, and nobody is getting back to me from Customer Care. Terrible experience.
UPDATE
Two days after my last email, they got back to me saying the product was out of stock (although I got a message saying my product was shipped), and asking me either to choose another model or get refund. I was stubborn and chose a different model. This time things went well this time and my product was delivered with a week.

SCAM! Ordered on 05/08/2025 and still not received my wallet after a month! Contacted them via email, I was then sent a link to track my item, which does not update. I have now contacted my bank to get my money back! Wish I checked these reviews first!

I strongly advise against ordering from this company. Over a month after placing my order, it has not even been shipped, despite repeated assurances from their customer service team. This company's lack of communication and apparent dishonesty is unacceptable.
Here is a timeline of my experience:
July 30: Placed my order (£75).
July 31: Received a "shipping confirmation" email with a tracking number.
August 8: After the tracking information failed to update, I contacted customer service. A representative named "Joshua" replied, assuring me the package was "on its way" and would arrive within 4-9 business days.
August 18: With no updates after 14 business days, I followed up again.
August 21: “Joshua” told me they would check with the courier.
August 22: When I expressed my frustration, I received what appeared to be a canned, AI-generated apology with no new information from “Joshua”.
I requested proof that my package had actually left the country of origin (China), as the tracking number indicated it had not been processed.
September 5: After weeks of silence, I finally received a response from a different representative, "Jacqueline."
This is what the email said:
“Thank you for reaching out, and I sincerely apologise for the delay. I checked with our shipping team, and it looks like your order is currently out of stock while we're awaiting new stock to arrive at our warehouse.
Would you be open to waiting for the restock, or would you prefer to change the colour of your order so we can ship it out sooner?”
This completely contradicted all previous communications from Joshua.
The company's behavior is deceptive. They provided a fake shipping confirmation and repeatedly lied about the status of my order, all while the item was not even in their possession. Then they had the cheek to only offer that I either wait for a restock or change the colour of my item, no mention of a refund!
Oh and I checked - the products that I ordered are still listed on their website as available. I could place the exact same order right now on their website and there are no ‘out of stock’ warnings or restrictions.
I have since informed them of my rights under the Consumer Rights Law and Trading Regulations and have demanded a full and immediate refund. I will be contacting my bank for an chargeback and Trading Standards if they don’t do this.
Based on my experience and the recent negative reviews on Trustpilot, it's clear this company has gone significantly downhill. Do not be misled by older, positive reviews as I was. This is a joke of a company.

Still haven't had my issue of no delivery resolved. No update from customer services. Evri claiming to have delivered when they didn't. No replacement or refund offered. Ordered end of July as gift.

As per many other 1 star reviews, I have yet to recieve my shield wallet which was ordered on 17th August 2025. Following an email i had a reply noting standard shipping would be no more than 9 working days.
The tracking link was then sent to me, and hasn't updated once.
Another email later and the same person (Josh - more than likely AI) replied and stated they would look into this and reply with an update within 5 working days.
Today is the 5 working days, and I've had no reply or update.
I will now be raising this with my bank.
Absolutely poor customer service and I have no doubt this is a complete scam.

Ordered on July 23rd. Still haven't recieved. Had a message from customer services a while ago saying it was in customs but nothing since. I've requested a refund but haven't heard any more. Very disappointed. Can't recommend.
