DO NOT ORDER

Ordered the wallet on 17th August. I had no updates for 4 weeks, so contacted them where they said they would dispatch it immediately.

The wallet wasn’t dispatched immediately. It was dispatched on 30th September, but the tracking information still says it’s not available after a further 2 weeks.

DO NOT order from them, it’s a total waste of time and now they’re not replying to me so I can’t get a refund. I wish I’d have seen the reviews before I purchased anything from them.

Best vape site there is!

Have been buying my vapes from Vape Club now since February 2023 and they’re always extremely well priced, next day delivery (even on Sundays) and their customer service team is fantastic. I’ve had a few faulty vapes over the last few years and they’re always incredible with sending another vape out (even though the issue was with the manufacturer). Amazing company!
