After a month, nothing was delivered.

I purchased a product on August 8th. The product was (allegedly) shipped the next day, but the tracking information was never updated after that. I got a message from a sales agent providing a different tracking number. The product was supposed to arrive on August 31st, but I have received nothing so far. The tracking information is now blank, and nobody is getting back to me from Customer Care. Terrible experience.
UPDATE
Two days after my last email, they got back to me saying the product was out of stock (although I got a message saying my product was shipped), and asking me either to choose another model or get refund. I was stubborn and chose a different model. This time things went well this time and my product was delivered with a week.
